The AAF
Collaboration Model.
Stronger organizations can accomplish more together. The AAF Collaboration Model connects nonprofits, businesses, institutions, & community leaders around shared needs, complementary strengths, & practical projects.
From a shared need to shared action
We begin with a recurring problem that matters to the participating organizations: limited visibility, fragmented systems, difficulty finding suitable funding opportunities, or a need for partners to deliver a community initiative.
What each partner brings
Partners identify the expertise, services, space, technology, relationships, or financial support they can contribute. AAF brings strategy & readiness direction, technology & AI education, storytelling & media experience, opportunity research, & relationship building.
How we organize the work
Our five Growth Engines guide the collaboration: Strategize → Systemize → Monetize → Publicize → Optimize. Together, we define the project, assign responsibilities, identify resources, communicate the work, & review progress.
Each agreed initiative will document its scope, timeline, partner contributions, service values where applicable, permissions, & reporting expectations. Financial contributions, in-kind support, & delivered services will be recorded separately.
Start with one practical project
A shared educational event, a coordinated storytelling initiative, or a resource-sharing project gives partners a concrete place to begin. We can expand the work as capacity, resources, & results support it.

What can we discuss?
Joint community programs; technology & AI education; workshops & speaking; storytelling & publishing; shared funding proposals; sponsorships; events; volunteer initiatives; and strategic introductions.
We will discuss scope, funding or compensation, who does what, & how progress will be measured before agreeing to work together.
