1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to this AAF, Inc. website and programs offered here. Angelic Ambassadors Foundation, Inc. (AAF, Inc.) coordinates the nonprofit programs described on this site. ONE NEO GEO, LLC collects the Community Partner membership and book anthology payments identified at checkout. Celebrity Boss is a related media and publishing brand that may participate in a specifically agreed visibility or publishing project. These names do not make every purchase a donation or every organization responsible for every service. Your offer, receipt, MOU, or signed agreement identifies the provider and responsibilities for your particular transaction.

A separate ONE NEO GEO or Celebrity Boss purchase, alumni program, event, or website has its own applicable terms. These AAF, Inc. terms do not automatically enroll you in those programs or replace their agreements.

2. Website use and agreements

Use this site lawfully. Do not submit misleading information, impersonate others, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private records, or interfere with the service. Only submit information you are authorized to share. Our forms and paid enrollment are intended for adults who can enter agreements and, where applicable, represent their organization.

Browsing or sending an inquiry does not create a paid service contract, authorize a charge, or commit either party to a collaboration. A signed program agreement or MOU controls the specific responsibilities it addresses. Offer and checkout disclosures control price and billing details. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law protects.

3. Community Partner membership

The membership currently costs $97 per month, charged at enrollment and automatically each month until canceled. ONE NEO GEO, LLC collects payments through Stripe. The membership includes the benefits described on the Community Partnership page; your onboarding and MOU clarify delivery and participation responsibilities.

Grant Curation Opportunity Drops identify opportunities to explore. AAF, Inc. does not award grants, provide grant writing, or submit applications under this membership. You are responsible for verifying current requirements, deadlines, eligibility, and application instructions with the funder. Funders and other third parties make their own decisions. Membership does not guarantee funding, contracts, media coverage, speaking engagements, income, or any other outcome.

Keep your contact information current, complete onboarding, and provide timely approvals needed for your benefits. A website listing or introduction is not an accreditation, certification, or guarantee of another organization's work.

4. Cancellation, billing questions, and refunds

All sales are final. Membership, program, publishing participation, and service fees are nonrefundable. Refunds are limited to verified overpayments and eligible purchased items returned within the return period and conditions stated at the time of purchase. An item is eligible for a return only when a return policy is expressly provided for that item. To report an overpayment or request an eligible item return, email angelicambassadors@gmail.com with your receipt or order details. Any rights required by applicable law remain in effect.

To stop future membership renewals, email angelicambassadors@gmail.com with “Cancel AAF, Inc. Community Partner Membership” and the email used at checkout. No explanation or meeting is required. Send the request before the next renewal. We will process it and confirm cancellation; a timely cancellation request applies to future renewals even if our confirmation arrives later. Cancellation stops future renewals.

5. Book Anthology and publishing participation

The Changemakers & Thought Leadership Book Anthology participation fee is currently $333 one time, collected by ONE NEO GEO, LLC. Discuss the contributor agreement, all-sales-final policy, rights, editorial process, and submission timetable before paying. Participation does not guarantee sales, royalties, bestseller status, speaking work, or income. No final publication date has been announced. Printed copies and the optional digital launch purchase are separate purchases.

You retain ownership of your original contribution unless your signed contributor agreement expressly states otherwise. Submitting an inquiry or paying a fee does not by itself transfer copyright or grant unrestricted reuse rights. Publication, editing, promotional permissions, credits, and any revenue arrangements must be addressed in the contributor agreement. Only submit material you own or have permission to use; do not include another person's confidential information without authorization.

6. Financial contributions & business support

Single financial contribution buttons open Stripe checkout for a one-time payment. Founding Supporter buttons open Stripe checkout for $100 each month or $1,000 each year, charged at checkout and renewed automatically until canceled. Payments are collected by ONE NEO GEO, LLC to support Angelic Ambassadors Foundation, Inc. Email angelicambassadors@gmail.com to request cancellation before the next renewal or discuss recognition preferences. Support proceeds, after payment processing fees, are intended for AAF, Inc. as described on the support page. General support helps AAF, Inc.'s mission; a restricted use must be agreed in writing before a gift is accepted.

Membership, publishing, sponsorship, and commercial-service fees are not automatically charitable donations. We do not promise that a payment is tax deductible. Ask for the recipient's relevant documentation and an appropriate receipt; any tax deduction depends on qualified-organization status, benefits received, and applicable law. Financial contributions are final. Contact us about a verified overpayment. Donor restrictions and applicable legal requirements remain in effect.

7. Collaborations, referrals, and third parties

A collaboration proposal, introduction, or board discussion does not authorize free work, create employment, appoint a board member, establish a legal partnership, or bind either party to share grants or revenue. Agree in writing on scope, responsibilities, funding or compensation, approvals, ownership, and reporting before work begins. Separate events, travel, alumni activities, and services may have their own costs and agreements.

Partner tiles and external links help you explore organizations. Those organizations control their own websites, services, eligibility, payments, privacy, and terms. AAF, Inc. does not guarantee their performance or act as their payment recipient simply because they appear here. Any compensated referral or sponsorship will be disclosed with the relevant recommendation or arrangement.

8. Content, names, and recognition

Website text, artwork, logos, and materials belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may link to publicly available pages. Ask the relevant owner before reproducing, selling, modifying, or using materials, logos, or names in a way that implies endorsement. AAF, Inc. will coordinate public recognition and member or contributor content with you as described in your program and permissions.

9. Privacy and communications

The Privacy Policy explains how submissions and relationship information are handled; the Cookie Policy explains site technology. Contact about your request and program administration is separate from optional marketing. AAF, Inc. membership does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated ONE NEO GEO or Celebrity Boss marketing.

10. Accuracy, service availability, and responsibility

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but funding opportunities, availability, and third-party deadlines can change. Educational and strategic information is not individualized legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Confirm important decisions with the appropriate source or adviser.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted website access or guarantee results from website information, referrals, or programs. This does not excuse performance obligations in a paid agreement or limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence. Access may be restricted for misuse; billing and paid-service obligations still require an appropriate resolution.

11. Changes and governing law

We will date updates to these terms. Material changes to an active paid arrangement will be communicated before they apply, with any required consent or cancellation opportunity. Changes do not retroactively remove agreed rights. Subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction and any controlling signed agreement, these terms are governed by Georgia law. Contact us about a concern so we can work toward a resolution. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to a court or regulator.
