1. Scope and organizational roles

This policy covers information collected through this AAF, Inc. website and related follow-up. AAF, Inc. handles program inquiries and relationship records. ONE NEO GEO, LLC collects the financial contributions, Founding Supporter subscriptions, membership, and book anthology payments identified at checkout and may receive information needed to administer those purchases. Celebrity Boss may receive approved contributor or organization information for a specifically agreed media or publishing project. Each receives information for its actual role, rather than automatic access for unrelated marketing. Separate websites and programs may publish their own notices.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide: name, contact details, organization, website, program interests, contribution or collaboration proposals, contributor material, onboarding answers, and correspondence. Form records include submission time, status, and a receipt reference. For submission abuse prevention, the site processes an IP address, or an email-based fallback, into a hashed identifier used to limit repeated submissions. A hash is not a guarantee of anonymity. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, request details, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the site.

Payment information is entered on Stripe's hosted checkout rather than these inquiry forms. Purchase administration may include payer contact information, amount, date, transaction reference, billing or subscription status, and related correspondence. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents, medical records, or confidential information about people you serve through these forms.

3. How information is used

We use information to respond to requests, assess a proposed relationship, arrange onboarding and agreements, deliver purchased benefits, coordinate approved visibility or publishing, administer contributions and billing, maintain records, and prevent misuse. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a paid plan or authorize a charge. Permission to respond to your request is separate from permission for general marketing. You may decline optional marketing or withdraw permission by contacting us; essential notices about an active purchase may still be needed.

4. Sharing and public recognition

Information is shared only as needed with people and service providers supporting the relevant activity, including website hosting, communications, payment processing, and agreed program delivery. The form inbox is restricted to the verified site-owner account; submissions may be exported for authorized follow-up. We do not sell or rent your personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Member listings, supporter recognition, interviews, and contributor publication use the information and permissions coordinated with you. An inquiry is not blanket permission to publish all its answers. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or people. Following an external link subjects your activity there to that provider's policies, including Stripe's privacy policy.

5. Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed for the request or relationship, service delivery, financial and legal recordkeeping, security, and dispute resolution. Retention needs vary by record; there is no automatic deletion schedule promised by this website. We use restricted access and reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

6. Your choices and requests

Email angelicambassadors@gmail.com to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, or limits on use of your information, or to withdraw optional marketing permission. Include your receipt reference when available, but do not email identity documents unless a secure method is arranged. We may verify your identity using information already held. We handle requests under applicable law; financial records, legal obligations, or an unresolved transaction may limit deletion. Withdrawing permission does not undo processing already completed or cancel a paid membership; use the cancellation instructions for that.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, additional privacy rights and regulator complaint routes may be available. Contact us if you need help exercising them. We do not require you to waive those rights by browsing this site.

7. Children and information about others

These inquiry and enrollment services are intended for adults, not for children under 13 to submit personal information directly. Parents, caregivers, and organizations should describe needs without identifying children or sharing sensitive records. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

8. Cookies, email backups, and updates

See the Cookie Policy for the current site's technology. If you choose an email backup, your email provider also handles the message. This policy's effective date identifies the current version. We will give any notice or obtain any consent required for a materially different use of information.
